باسم اللجنة المركزية للجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين ومكتبها السياسي وأمينها العام الرفيق المناضل أحمد سعدات المعتقل في السجون الإسرائيلية نبعث لكم بأحر التهاني وأعمق التحيات بفوزكم في الانتخابات الرئاسية وحصولكم على ثقة الشعب البرازيلي الصديق.
إن الثقة الكبيرة التي منحكم إياها الناخبين تؤكد عمق ارتباطكم بمصالح الشعب وتطلعاته في الحرية والعدالة والاستقلال.
إن الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين على ثقة كبيرة بأن البرازيل بقيادتكم ستواجه مخططات التآمر الخارجي والداخلي نتيجة مواقفها المبدئية والثابتة. واثقين كل الثقة بأنكم ستحققون المزيد من أهداف الشعب البرازيلي وطبقته العاملة وكادحيه في التقدم والازدهار، ونثمن مواقفكم الشجاعة في دعم كفاح شعبنا الفلسطيني من أجل حقه في العودة وتقرير المصير واقامة دولته المستقلة على ترابه الوطني وعاصمتها القدس.
سنوات طويلة خاضها حزبكم لأجل الارتقاء والدفاع عن الطبقة الكادحة من العمال والفلاحين والمثقفين الثوريين وتمتين جبهتهم في التصدي للتدخلات الخارجية للإمبريالية العالمية وعلى رأسها السياسات العدوانية الأمريكية والتي نشهدها اليوم في الصراع الدائر عالميًا ومحاولات الولايات المتحدة الامريكية عرقلة وضرب أمكانية نشوء عالم متعدد الاقطاب يحفظ الاستقرار العالمي.
يأتي فوزكم برئاسة البرازيل الاتحادية في ظل تطورات عالمية متسارعة وخطيرة خاصة بعد فشل الولايات المتحدة الامريكية وسياساتها الامبريالية في الكثير من الدول وخاصة في المنطقة العربية والشرق الأوسط حيث باءت مخططاتها بالفشل في سوريا ولبنان وإيران والعراق واليمن وافغانستان ولم تنجح بفرض مشروعها الاستعماري الذي يهدف الى خلق ما سمي بالشرق الأوسط الجديد لتكريس الكيان "الإسرائيلي" وفرض سيطرته على المنطقة. وعلى العكس من ذلك فإن الولايات المتحدة الامريكية تتراجع في ظل انتقال العالم من سيطرة ما سمي بالقطب الواحد إلى نظام عالمي متعدد الاقطاب لم يعد يقبل الهيمنة والسيطرة على مقدرات الشعوب ونهب ثرواتها.
إن شعبنا الفلسطيني الصامد على أرض فلسطين وفي كل مواقع اللجوء والشتات سيواصل كفاحه ومقاومته حتى انتزاع كامل حقوقه الوطنية وسيواجه كل المخططات الصهيونية والامبريالية الهادفة الى تصفية القضية الفلسطينية.
إن الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين تقف إلى جانب نضال شعبكم وتتابع ما يجري من تصاعد ونمو القوى اليسارية والتقدمية في البرازيل وامريكا اللاتينية مما يعزز تمتين الجبهة المناهضة للتدخلات الامبريالية مؤكدين أهمية التلاحم والتضامن بين كل القوى الثورية في العالم أجمع.
ومما لا شك فيه أن فوزكم في الانتخابات سيكون له انعكاسات إيجابية كبيرة على الأوضاع في اميركا اللاتينية وعلى صعيد كل القوى التقدمية في العالم.
نهنئكم مرة أخرى بالفوز بالانتخابات في البرازيل ونتمنى لكم النجاح في المهام الجسيمة الملقاة على عاتقكم.

In the Name of the Central Committee of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), its political bureau and its Secretary-General, comrade Ahmed Saadat, who is detained in Israeli prisons, we send you our warmest congratulations and deepest greetings on your victory in the presidential elections and on gaining the confidence of the friendly Brazilian people.
The great trust that voters have given you confirms your deep attachment to the interests of the people and their aspirations for freedom, justice and independence.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) is very confident that, under your leadership, Brazil will confront the plans of external and internal conspiracy as a result of its principled and firm positions. We are fully confident that you will achieve more of the goals of the Brazilian people, their working class and their toilers in progress and prosperity, and we appreciate your courageous positions in supporting the struggle of our Palestinian people for their right of return, self-determination and the establishment of their independent State on their national land with Jerusalem as its capital.
Many years have been fought by your party in order to rise up and defend the working class of workers, peasants and revolutionary intellectuals and to strengthen their front in confronting the external interference of world imperialism, especially the aggressive policies of the United States that we are witnessing today in the ongoing global conflict and the attempts of the United States of America to obstruct and undermine the possibility of the emergence of a multipolar world that preserves global stability.
Your victory in the presidency of the Federal Republic of Brazil comes in light of accelerating and dangerous global developments, especially after the failure of the United States of America and its imperialist policies in many countries, especially in the Arab region and the Middle East, where its plans failed in Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Iraq, Yemen and Afghanistan and did not succeed in imposing its colonial project aimed at creating what is called the new Middle East to consolidate the Israeli entity and impose its control over the region. On the contrary, the United States of America is retreating as the world moves from the domination of the so-called unipolar to a multipolar world order that no longer accepts domination and control over the capabilities of peoples and plundering their wealth.
Our steadfast Palestinian people on the land of Palestine and in all the sites of asylum will continue their struggle and resistance until the extraction of all their national rights and will confront all Zionist and imperialist plans aimed at ending the Palestinian cause.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine stands by the struggle of your people and follows the escalation and growth of leftist and progressive forces in Brazil and Latin America, which strengthens the front against imperialist interventions, stressing the importance of cohesion and solidarity among all revolutionary forces in the whole world.
Undoubtedly, your victory inthe election will have significant positive repercussions on the situation in Latin America and on the level of all progressive forces in the world.
We congratulate you once again on winning the elections in Brazil and wish you success in the enormous tasks before you.
